You can typically expect your items to arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

At Venture Outland, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window
   You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
   
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
   We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll pay the shipping.
   
3. Damaged or Defective Items
   Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll send a prepaid label. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping.
   
4. Changed Your Mind?
   Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and resellable. You cover shipping, and we refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
   
5. Refund Processing
   Refunds are issued within 7 business days once approved, though banks may take longer. If not received after 10 business days, contact support@ventureoutland.com.
   
6. Restocking Fees
   Some items may have a restocking fee, which will be clearly communicated during the return request.
