When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on availability. In some cases, items may ship the same day. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, but any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If you notice any signs of damage—even to the box—be sure to note it on the delivery form. If you can’t inspect it fully during delivery, write “suspected damage” before signing. Should your item be damaged, send clear photos to support@ventureoutland.com and we’ll take care of a replacement or compensation promptly.

How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, you’ll receive an email confirming the purchase. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time. In the rare event an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you within one business day.

Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

Is sales tax applied to my order?
We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey, where our business is based. If you’re outside of New Jersey, you won’t be charged sales tax—helping you save even more on your purchase.
