At Venture Outland, we understand that you may need to cancel an order after it has been placed. Please review the following cancellation terms.
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ventureoutland.com and provide your order number.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return after receiving the order. All returns are subject to the eligibility requirements, return timeframes, return shipping costs, restocking fees, and other conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After a refund has been initiated, your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
