We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll pay the shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll send a prepaid label. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping.
Changed Your Mind?
Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and resellable. You cover shipping, and we refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days once approved, though banks may take longer. If not received after 10 business days, contact support@ventureoutland.com.
Restocking Fees
Some items may have a restocking fee, which will be clearly communicated during the return request.

A single, scalable 10KW pure sine wave inverter for off?grid and hybrid solar systems. Built?in 2 MPPT, parallel kit options, and app monitoring make it flexible and easy to expand.

Benefits

All?in?one unit: 10KW pure sine wave inverter with up to 200A charging, built?in 2 MPPT controllers, and a 500VDC max open?circuit. Supports 120V single phase or 120/240V split phase. WiFi for mobile app monitoring. UL 1741 by ETL for off?grid use.
Parallel Kit: Up to 6 units in parallel for up to 48KW. Supports 120V single phase, 120/240V split phase, or 208V 3?phase. More units in parallel increase power and surge capacity.
Stable AC output and smart protection: Rated output 10000W, max peak 20000W. Protection for PV input over?voltage/current, AC input over?voltage, battery over?voltage, overload, and more.
Four charging / output modes: Hybrid Charging, Utility Priority Charging, Solar Priority Charging, Only Solar Charging. Modes include Utility Priority, Solar and Utility Hybrid, Solar Priority, and Inverter Priority.
Time?slot charging/discharging: Schedule charging and discharging to align with local tariffs and maximize use of utility power and PV energy.
Battery type flexibility: Supports 48V AGM/Sealed/Gel/Flooded/Lithium batteries with a User Mode, plus a battery?free option. When lithium is dormant, mains power and PV can activate it. Can communicate via CAN, USB, and RS485 with SunGoldPower batteries.
