Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll pay the shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll send a prepaid label. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping.
Changed Your Mind?
Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and resellable. You cover shipping, and we refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days once approved, though banks may take longer. If not received after 10 business days, contact support@ventureoutland.com.
Restocking Fees
Some items may have a restocking fee, which will be clearly communicated during the return request.

This is a complete solar kit. It includes an 8000W 48Vdc inverter (120/240Vac), 12 monocrystalline solar panels, 4 LiFePO4 batteries, solar extension cables, mounting brackets, and breakers. It can be paralleled with up to six units for more power.
