Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll pay the shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll send a prepaid label. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping.
Changed Your Mind?
Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and resellable. You cover shipping, and we refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days once approved, though banks may take longer. If not received after 10 business days, contact support@ventureoutland.com.
Restocking Fees

The Doppler is our best selling board. It’s a joy to paddle, offering great glide for lake cruising and solid stability for open-water conditions. It’s built to carry you with ease across your favorite water and keep you confident while you ride.

The recessed standing area boosts stability without making the board unmanageably wide. You’ll paddle with feet dry and secure, spending your day paddling, not swimming after your board. Its Tuff-Stuff epoxy construction is tough enough for regular use, yet light enough to keep the overall weight reasonable.
