At Venture Outland, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.
If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@ventureoutland.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Kolibri Marine produce the largest number of different accessories for inflatable boats among other manufacturers, providing customers with a wide range of options to customize their boats.
The Standard Series is Kolibri's entry-level line of inflatable motorboats. These flat-bottom boats are great as a tender, a portable fishing boat, or for leisurely days on the water.
The KM-280 is a flat-bottomed inflatable boat perfect for calm lakes and rivers. It can carry 2 people with a 5-horsepower motor.

The transom is made of marine-grade plywood and is mounted using extremely durable, moulded transom holders. This type of transom mounting is the most long-lasting, and won't fail over time.

An anchor roller in the front of the boat allows for fixing an anchor rope for fast and easy anchoring of your inflatable boat.
☑ Equipped with built in Overpressure Valve
This boat has an overpressure valve, in order to prevent damage from excessive pressure, caused by external temperature changes.
☑ Unique Oar Fixing System
Kolibri uses a unique oar fixing system, that allows removing the adjustable oars, with one click of a button.
☑ Strong and Secure Lifeline
A strong and secure lifeline, located on both sides of the boat, allows the passengers to hold onto it safely and ensures their safety.
☑ Equipped with Transport Handles
Transport handles located on the front and the back of the boat allows easy moving of the boat.
☑ Movable Seats
The seats are movable and allow you to have the most comfortable sitting position.
☑ Three Separate Chambers
Three separate chambers ensure that the boat remains on float even after one compartment has been damaged.
☑ The air deck covers the bottom entirely and provides great floor rigidity.
☑ The flooring is a high-pressure inflatable floor. This flooring allows the fastest and easiest assembly and provides stability for the passenger.
☑ All of the seams are heat welded and are also guaranteed for five years. Heat welding is the longest-lasting type of PVC bonding.
☑ It is made of top-quality PVC (five-year warranty), with a density of 1100g/m2 and 0.9 mm thick.
