At Venture Outland, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
- Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after 30 days are not accepted. - Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll pay the shipping. - Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll send a prepaid label. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping. - Changed Your Mind?
Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and resellable. You cover shipping, and we refund the product cost (excluding shipping). - Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days once approved, though banks may take longer. If not received after 10 business days, contact support@ventureoutland.com. - Restocking Fees
Some items may have a restocking fee, which will be clearly communicated during the return request.
