Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with transit times of approximately 3-5 business days. Oversized items (large solar kits, battery banks, and heavy inverters) ship by LTL freight, are delivered curbside by a scheduled appointment arranged with you after your order is placed, and typically arrive within 7-14 business days including processing time. At Venture Outland, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window
   You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
   
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
   We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll pay the shipping.
   
3. Damaged or Defective Items
   Visible shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Other eligible defects or concealed damage may be reported within 30 days. We cover return shipping for approved damaged or defective item claims.
   
4. Changed Your Mind?
   Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You cover shipping and a 25% restocking fee, and we refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
   
5. Refund Processing
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 14 days of inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
