You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We cover return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll pay the shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll send a prepaid label. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping.
Changed Your Mind?
Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and resellable. You cover shipping, and we refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days once approved, though banks may take longer. If not received after 10 business days, contact support@ventureoutland.com.
Restocking Fees
Some items may have a restocking fee, which will be clearly communicated during the return request.

All-in-One Solar Hybrid Inverter System

Overview

5000W pure sine wave inverter that blends solar, battery, and grid power. Supports up to 5500W from a 500V PV array and up to 100A charging (solar+AC). Parallel up to six units for up to 30kW. UL1741 listed by ETL.

Benefits

All-in-one solar hybrid inverter: 5000W pure sine wave with 100A charging (solar+AC) and up to 5500W PV input. Works as grid-tied and off-grid. UL1741 listed by ETL.
Parallel kit: up to 6 units in parallel for 30kW total. Supports 120V single phase, 120/240V split phase, and 208V three-phase.
Stable AC output: 110V AC, 4HP motor capacity, overload protected. Powers refrigerators, computers, TVs, ovens, and ACs.
Four charging modes and four output modes: AC Priority, Solar Priority, Only Solar, and Mains & Solar hybrid charging. Output modes include PV priority, utility priority, inverter priority, and hybrid/grid connection.
Battery compatibility: 48V AGM/Sealed, Gel, Flooded, Lithium batteries; plus a User Mode for custom inputs. Charging range 40–60V; RS485 port for BMS communication.
