Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll send a prepaid label. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping.
Changed Your Mind?
Items can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and resellable. You cover shipping, and we refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
Refund Processing

The ALPHA 2 LITE is a 12V LiFePO4 battery bank built for toughness and efficiency. It ships as a pack of four 12V 200Ah modules plus six 1 ft 2 AWG battery cables. Total comes to about 800Ah and around 10.2kWh of usable energy. It’s low maintenance, safe, and ready when you are.
